Privacy Policy

• Account identity: the email address you signed in with and the display name you set in Settings. Used for sign-in and for the "you" surface inside the app.
• Your content: the diagrams, documentation, glossary entries, system attributes, and team members you create. Stored on our servers in your workspace.
• Billing data: Stripe collects your card details (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never see the card number. We see the brand and last 4 digits Stripe returns for display in the app.
• Operational logs: standard web access logs, kept 14 days for debugging and abuse detection.
• Crash reports via Sentry. These do not include your diagram content.

• No analytics that track you across other sites (no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics user-id linking).
• No marketing cookies. The site uses one functional cookie for session state.
• No content from your diagrams used to train any model, ours or anyone else's.

We use a small number of service providers to run ProcessGamma:

• Stripe handles payments and billing.
• Hostinger hosts the infrastructure.
• Cloudflare provides DNS, CDN, and TLS termination.
• Resend sends transactional emails (sign-in codes, invites).
• Azure Blob Storage holds our encrypted nightly database backups.
• Sentry collects crash reports.

We do not share or sell data to advertisers or data brokers. Period.

You can:

• Export your data from the editor at any time.
• Delete your account and all associated content by emailing contactus@processgamma.com. We respond within 7 days.
• Request a copy of everything we hold about you under GDPR / CCPA.

The marketing site at processgamma.com sets no cookies. The app at app.processgamma.com sets one session cookie for sign-in. No analytics or marketing cookies anywhere.

We will email Workspace admins 30 days before any material change to this policy.
