Terms of Service
1. What ProcessGamma is
ProcessGamma is software-as-a-service provided by Gutentech. We host the editor and your data. You use the software through a web browser at app.processgamma.com.
2. Your account
You sign in with email plus a 6-digit one-time code (optionally a TOTP authenticator). You are responsible for keeping your email account and authenticator secure. Each workspace has at least one Workspace admin who can manage billing, members, and settings.
3. Your data
Everything you create in ProcessGamma is yours. We do not claim ownership of your diagrams, documentation, glossary entries, or any data you put in the editor. We make no use of your content for training models or anything else without your explicit permission. You can export and delete your data at any time.
4. Payment
Paid plans bill in advance. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the Free plan. We use Stripe for payments; we never see or store your card number. See our Privacy Policy for details on what Stripe handles.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use ProcessGamma to break laws, hassle other people, or upload content that infringes others' rights. We can suspend a workspace that does, with notice except where we judge immediate action necessary.
6. Service availability
We try hard to keep ProcessGamma running. We cannot guarantee uptime, but we will be transparent when things break. Paid plans get priority attention; Free plan users are best-effort.
7. Liability
ProcessGamma is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous 12 months. If you are on Free, that cap is zero.
8. Changes to these terms
We might update these terms. Material changes get emailed to Workspace admins 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes go to the courts in the Gutentech registered jurisdiction.
